18TH Street (between Market and Hattie) is a mess

Thanks to PG&E, 18TH street between Market and Hattie has been a total mess since September. Before starting such work, could we have some information from the City or the DPW (http://bsm.sfdpw.org/maps/ProposedPaving.pdf) ? The local newsletter/newspaper should be notified.

It seems like 18TH street is going to get much more work done in 2012, from Diamond to Noe, if this map (http://bsm.sfdpw.org/maps/ProposedPaving.pdf) is accurate.
