Conditional Use or "CU" is required for businesses per the San Francisco Planning Code

In Eureka Valley, there are two Neighborhood Commercial Districts (NCD).

Section 715 of the code stipulates the requirements for the Castro NCD.

Section 721 of the code stipulates the requirements fot the Upper Market NCD.

Additionally, section 703.3 of the code requires that formula use retail in all NCD's requires CU.
