One thought on “Project Discussion Protocol”
This protocol should apply to both project sponsors and other interested parties.
I recommend a subject noun be added to each item… i.e. “PLUC members should..”
As to #3, the way a question is asked can violate the restriction on not expressing opinions on a project’s worthiness, etc. How is that precluded?
I feel that it is important for the PLUC to share with project sponsors/interested parties at the initial meetings some of the lessons we have learned, our expectations, etc. This can be done without expressing opinions of the project, but goes beyond just asking questions.
