Important information to our members who own property on the EAST side of Castro Street
There is an important information session regarding the proposed Mission Dolores Green Benefits District (MD GBD) this Wednesday, April 17 at 6:30 pm Dolores Park Church, 455 Dolores Street. RSVPs are requested.
Most all of our EVNA members who live on the East side of Castro Street but not within the boundaries of the Castro/Upper Market Community Benefit District (Castro CBD) have been included within the proposed special assessment district to support the MD GBD.
Assessments are based on a combination of parcel area and building area and typically range from $1,950 to over $4,000 per lot for the initial duration of the GBD. Assessments are shared for condominium lot owners. There are no provisions for senior citizen exemptions nor pass-throughs allowed for rental properties.
