Membership in the Eureka Valley Neighborhood Association is open to all persons who live, work or own property within the boundaries of the Eureka Valley Neighborhood Association. Memberships are valid for one year from the initial date paid. Renewals paid prior to the expiration date will expire a full year after the original expiration date.
